Location, staff, breakfast

Bit outdated, so need refurbishing

I loved the location the pool the resort was very clean the staff were beautiful and kind

The bed I found was uncomfortable could be fixed with a bed topper

Very nice clean room, some wear and tear here and there, but nothing major. Fresh, well kept sheets and towels. A BIG plus on very good ventilation in the room, everything dried quickly and there was absolutely no damp smell anywhere. Nice pool & garden area and a great massage parlor. Location right on the shore – beautiful views to the sea. Good basic breakfast with some variation from day to day. Lovely staff at the restaurant and massage place! All in all a very positive experience and a good stay, we enjoyed our time here!

Bathroom was quite modest, very plain and simple with only the very basics, but if you don't expect luxury, it's plenty good :) The bed was a little bouncy, not the best for people who prefer firm beds, but alright. The staff at the reception had a little more difficulty with English, and weren't always quite as friendly or helpful compared to the staff at the hotel restaurant.

The bungalow was right next to the beach, had a sea and pool view! Very peaceful and clean hotel, nice cooling pool and warm ocean. Very friendly staff!

Breakfast was not exceptional but very good, could have an additional omelette service, as the cook was anyway hanging around..

Room is ok if you just need a place to sleep. Swimming pool area is very nice and right on the beach, nothing special tho unfortunately. Restaurant can be improved too.

Staff , breakfast and location is great.

Room cleaning was not so good. Didn't like when they clean the room 5-6pm.

My third time on the island over the last 13 years, and 3rd time at that hotel. Great pool, and right on the beach which is central on the island. It is safe and comfortable- families with small children can relax. Good massages available next to the pool. I was ready to crash out and relax and think, so I stayed long past my original date. Lots of places on the beach or along the roadway to go to for eats, especially if you rent a scooter. Also, a lovely open air cinema is there now, just a few minutes down the road. They show two movies each evening (the first animated)- and dirt cheap, with a bar and food available.

The breakfast is acceptable, but if you stay more than a week, it becomes rather monotonous. Like so many places, they do not provide a decent comfortable chair to sit on in the room. Pool loungers are not very comfortable- need some padding in some way.

Beach location is awesome. Too bad they don’t make use of the beach by putting some beds there. Staff at the bar/restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Reception staff speaks very poor English.

Beds are quite hard and across the street is a shady massage salon that gets very loud til late. Because our room was not ready we got a road side room. Bad choice.

We loved our poolside room with its very comfortable bed, small kitchen area with kettle abd fridge, the bathroom with an actual bath and over-bath shower, room safe and bathrobes. It was kept spotlessly clean by the capable and friendly housekeeping staff with towels and bedding changed where necessary, and drinking water, coffee etc replenished daily. We had a table and chairs on our terrace, mainly in the shade, which was good as it was over 30C while we were there. A buffet breakfast was included in the price of our room and had the usual offerings. It was fine and replenished as items ran out. The pool was cool but not freezing cold as some can be so I was able to have daily swims. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.

Breakfast and location were great. The restaurant served delicious food and pool area was really nice as well. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

The standard rooms were a bit outdated, but I didn't mind. The water pressure in the shower was however really bad.

Staff very friendly in Lobby and special mention for the staff of the bar and restaurant : the boys of the bar are on the top !!! Young boys of 20/25 years old and come from Indonesia (Bali). All perfect for service and disposable for all.... I give them 5 stars.

We have a room front of the main street and very noise from this all the night... cars and motobikes go and come back from the nightlife entertainments all long the west coast road of Kho Lanta. there was only one power outlet available in the room, above the TV. It is not possible to connect several devices for example his computer and recharge his smartphone. No desktop or socket to install a PC. low-power Wi-Fi and frequent outages. Connection is insecured but need to re-encode a personal ID and password at each connection.

Very nice personal, each question was answered in 10 minutes. Very nice hotel area (pool, restaraunt etc.)

Old furniture, small rooms, bad air conditioning. The hotel needs to update the repair.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the pool and the beach access were the best. Very good value for money.

Location bungalows direct at the pool direct at the beach big modern rooms

We had to much mosquito around our bungalow. Much more than usual in Thailand. It was for us not possible to sit on the terrace of our bungalow. We specially choose a bungalow at the poolside to be able to sit on the terrace and keep an eye on our small daughter. But because of the mosquito it was not possible at all. After a while we found out the reason for it. They put all the rubbish, waste , trash and junk on the backside of the bungalows. Also they sometimes did not empty the garbage can in front of our apartment. After we complained they started to clean up all the rubbish on the backside of our apartment
